Returns & Refunds

Refund of deposit is possible up until your project begins.   Once design has started, your order cannot be cancelled and deposit cannot be refunded.

Due to the nature of custom 3D models and manufacturing, returns/refunds for production/work will only be granted on singles and prototypes that do not satisfy a customers needs.

Damaged or defective manufactured products are covered under the 1 Year Limited Warranty.

Manufacturing orders are NOT refundable.  

3D print files and 3D modeling work is NOT refundable.
